Farmers turned out en masse in Carlow last night for their postponed protest.
The IFA members were to join the nationwide show of solidarity for their european counterparts last week, but called it off after the fatal road crash in the county.
It was rescheduled for last evening with a cavalcade of tractors moving from the O’Brien Road, through Carlow town and onto Woodie’s carpark.
