Labour Deputy Ann Phelan says Michéal Martin was ‘a bit of the mark’ when he said Phil Hogan was ‘gerrymandering’.
The Fianna Fail Leader accused the Minister of deliberately manipulating the new council election boundaries – so as to suit Fine Gael and Labour Councillors.
Ann Phelan doesn’t agree though, saying Labour is not benefiting in any way – particularly in Kilkenny.
