Plans to transform the heart of Carlow Town have taken a major step forward this month.
The 6.6 million euro Thrive Project aims to redevelop the former Bank of Ireland building on Court Place.
The site is being completely reimagined for future community and office use, with Part Eight planning approval already secured.
Council officials confirm that the tender for a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor has officially closed and assessments are underway.
