Graiguenamanagh still waiting for promised Fire Station

There are calls for urgency in relation to a new fire station for Graiguenamanagh.

Councillor Peter ‘Chap’ Cleere says everything is in place for a new station that was promised for the town except the funding they need.

He told KCLR Live they were asked to go back and revise the original figure needed for the project.

But he says thats been done now and they’re still waiting.
