Handbag stolen through an open window in a car in Carlow

A woman had her handbag stolen from her car last Friday in Carlow after leaving her window open.

The woman had parked her blue Daihatsu in Bennekerry just before 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

When she returned she found the handbag gone.

Carlow Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
