Health Minister Stephen Donnelly is due in Kilkenny this morning.
It’s understood he’s at St Luke’s from 10:30am to attend the launch of the phased opening of the new Ormonde Wing.
72 beds are being provided at the general hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny.
