Shamrocks Ballyhale could be without one of their key players for the remainder of their Leinster Club Championship campaign.
It’s being reported that Adrian Mullen is in danger of missing the rest of the competition after suffering a broken thumb.
According to the Irish Examiner, the 26-year-old is set to undergo surgery on Thursday, casting serious doubt over his involvement in the weeks ahead.
Ballyhale are due to face Clough-Ballacolla of Laoisin the AIB Leinster Senior Club Hurling Semi-Final at UPMC Nowlan Park on Sunday, November 23rd.
Mullen’s absence would be a major blow for the Kilkenny champions as they look to book a place in another provincial final.
