International visitors welcomed to Kilkenny for major conference on Biodiversity

A major conference involving more than 50 countries is beginning in Kilkenny today.

The National Biodiversity Data Centre is holding it’s 25th annual gathering in the Ormonde Hotel in the city for the next four days.

They’ll be looking at how biodiversity data’s being used at a global, regional and national scale.
