British Cyclist Amelia Cebak has won stage 3 of this years Rás Na mBan.
The 104 km route saw riders start in Portlaoise and travel to Mountrath Via stradbally Emo, Mountmellick,Rosenalis, Clonaslee, Mountrath, Ballacolla and Abbeyleix.

Kilkenny and Irish rider Gabrielle Fox finished 6th on this stage and is also 6th overall in general classification.
Stage four will be back in Kilkenny tomorrow where riders will finish the 101 km route in The Rower Village at around 12:40pm.
