Cllr Martin Brett said “there isn’t a day passes but I’m getting phone calls about the delays”
The Respond Housing Body was due to release the remaining 22 housing units on Nuncio Road in Kilkenny by the end of March
Last month they issed a statement to KCLR News saying “In February we received the final, corrected legal documentation from the Developer. These documents are currently under review by our legal firm. Subject to all documentation being satisfactorily agreed upon, we anticipate the project to close and be ready for tenanting within the next four weeks”
Those four weeks have since passed and they have now issued another statement to KCLR News stating that the date will now be the end of April
Cllr Martin Brett told The KCLR Daily that it appears to be legal issues that are ongoing between developers and housing body.
