A group of campaigners from Kilkenny are gearing up for a second night out in the cold at Leinster House.
Jakes Legacy supporters started a sleepout at the Dail last night and plan to stay until Wednesday to highlight their campaign for lower speed limits.

The demonstration is being led by Roseann Brennan the mother of 6 year old Jake who died after being struck by a car outside his home in Kilkenny city last June.
Tomorrow will see a Sinn Fein bill brought to TD’s proposing to introduce mandatory limits of 20 kilometres an hour in housing estates and residential areas.
