John McGuinness says no private business would survive if it were run like HSE is

Carlow/Kilkenny Deputy John McGuinness is raising questions over HSE spending as hospitals including St Luke’s continue to come under sustained pressure.

He says there is no business in the world that would operate the way they do saying those in charge lack the ability to plan.

Deputy McGuinness says the Health Service gets significant amounts of funding but the problem is how that money is being spent.
