Carlow County Council has taken planning enforcement steps against Ned Nolan of Carlow Warehousing Ltd.
However, Mr Nolan rejects that he is not complying with planning permission for the development for a warehouse for Smyth’s Toys.
Resident Noel Fludgate and local councillors joined the discussion on KCLR Live this morning and highlighted concerns over the breaches in planning.
