Waterford mother of two, Jac Sinnott talks about her experience of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a condition which affects up to 8 per cent of women.

PMDD was recognised as a depressive disorder in 2013. It is a very severe form of premenstrual syndrome, which can cause many emotional and physical symptoms every month during the week or two before a period begins.
