Councillors in Kilkenny have given the go ahead for plans to develop Evans Home in the city.
The former Alms house is to be redeveloped – when complete it will house the Butler Gallery.

It’s a €4 million project – half of the funding has already been secured for it.
Councillor Malcolm Noonan told KCLR News it’s a great boost for the Arts community locally.
