A Kilkenny food and lifestyle photographer was among last night’s Irish Food Writing Award winners.
Ruth Calder-Potts of the famed Highbank Orchard family took the title in the Food Photography (professional category) at the RDS in Dublin 4, with a later reception hosted by The Merrion Hotel in their Cellar Bar.
21 prizes were up for grabs between them covering Irish food and drink journalism, cookbooks, feature writing, blogging, podcasting, photography and Instagram/TikTok.
