Kilkenny Gardaí say a “well known burglar” was arrested after a number of houses were hit on Christmas Day.
He was charged in connection with three burglaries that took place in the space of about two hours from 8pm to 10pm.
Gardaí say he was caught soon afterwards, charged and brought to court.
