The first of a number of information evenings about Glanbia Ireland will take place in Kilkenny today.
Yesterday it was announced that a binding agreement was signed between Glanbia Co-op and Glanbia PLC to establish the new joint venture.

This 1 point 5 billion euro business entity will see Glanbia Ireland owning leading brands like Avonmore, GAIN Feeds and Premier Milk.
Senior management including Siobhán Talbot and Jim Bergin will be among those speaking at today’s event in the Newpark Hotel from 8 o’clock.
