A homeowner on the outskirts of Kilkenny City is dealing the fright and cost after rocks were thrown through their back door window.
It happened in the Hebron Road area on Monday.
Garda Noelle Curran has told KCLR News it happened; “Just coming up to 7 o’clock in the evening the homeowner at Millennium Court sitting in the kitchen, heard a loud bang, went out an observed two rocks had been thrown through a back door window, €200 worth of damage done there which is an expense on any person”.
She adds; “Gardaí here in Kilkenny seeking assistance if any persons who may have been around Millennium Court between 6 and 7 on Monday evening, if any suspicious person was seen or maybe heard the incident and saw somebody running from the area”.
