The mystery of what happened to Kilkenny man Dean Roche continues.
The 31-year-old who lived in Hebron Park with his Mother, hasn’t been seen since the 22nd of March, 2015.
Described as being 5’8″ in height, he’s of slight build with green eyes and short brown hair and when seen in the Newpark area he was wearing a black zip up tracksuit top and bottoms with white runners.
Nine years on, his disappearance is still unaccounted for and is still the focus of a ongoing missing person investigation by Gardaí locally under a Senior Investigating Officer and is subject to ongoing review.
A Garda spokesperson’s told KCLR News that “The investigation remains open and active, numerous searches have been carried out by investigating Gardaí supported by the Garda Air Support Unit, Garda Divisional Search Unit, Garda Dog Unit, Garda Water Unit, Army Personal, Civil Defence and third party private service providers”.
They add “Enquiries have been carried out across this jurisdiction and internationally on this missing persons investigation”.
