Kilkenny mother pleased that ‘Jakes Law’ will be introduced

A Kilkenny mother says she hopes now that councils around the country will act quickly on the new speed limits for residential areas.

Roseann Brennan whose son Jake was killed after being hit by a car outside his home has been campaigning for lower limits to be introduced in housing estates all over the country.

Roseann says she hopes Jakes Law will be implemented by the councils
