A young lady from Kilkenny is taking part in the Rose of Tralee as a Rose Bud.
Eight-year-old Ali Farrell from Radestown is soaking up the fun at this year’s festival.

She’s loved the parades, parties and meeting the other Rosebuds and is proudly cheering on her chosen Rose, Wicklow’s Carolann McDonald.
