Kilkenny will have the most local food producers at the Bite Food Festival which takes place this weekend.
The local companies will also be featuring at the Taste of Kilkenny exhibition area including the likes of Costello’s, Goatsbridge Trout Farm and Bernie’s Farmhouse Desserts.
Ireland’s smallest distillery, Highbank Orchards from Cuffesgrange will have their apple gin and vodka on display.
Over 20,000 people are expected at the event.
