Kilkenny’s Subtitle Film Festival gets underway today!

Hundreds of film buffs and connoisseurs of European cinema are expected to descend on Kilkenny all this week as Subtitle Film Festival gets underway.

Now in it’s 5th year, 32 different films from countries including France, Serbia, Germany and Sweden will be screened at various venues in the city.

There’ll be over 150 invited guests attending – including 30 of the top European actors.

Speaking to KCLR, organised Richard Cooke says Kilkenny’s Subtitle festival  is different and unique  to all the other film festivals.
