Lifebuoys along the canal walk in Kilkenny have been vandalised yet again.
Enviroclad owner Liam Moylan posted pictures of the rings that were cut off from their stands and thrown around between the Lady Desart Bridge and the Ossory Bridge this week.

Speaking to KCLR News, Liam says he walks the stretch regularly and says that he has witnessed the lifebuoys left damaged on numerous occasions.
