Merck, Sharp & Dohme are expanding their Carlow plant with an 11.5 million euro investment.
Human vaccines are produced at the multi million euro Healthcare facility in the town and this latest investment will see them enhance the services and facilities there.

The company already employs more than 2 thousand people in Ireland and Carlow Fine Gael Deputy, Pat Deering says today’s announcement will probably lead to more jobs.
