A local listener is very annoyed that shes getting nuisance scam calls every day
“Francis” has been getting the calls about her late mam who passed away 4 years ago. She says that the calls are daily and in one week she had 10 of these calls.
On one occasion the scammer started shouting and screaming down the phone at her that her mam was causing her grief despite her mam no longer been around and when the person was challenged they just hung up.
She told the KCLR Daily that her late mam wasn’t even tech savvy.
