Up to €2,000,000 is expected to be made from the auction of a number of Kilkenny and Carlow properties today (Wednesday, 11th May)
Allsop are auctioning 30 apartments in Carlow at the Riverbank on Burrin Street in the Town with a reserve price of between €1.3 and €1.4 million.
In Kilkenny meanwhile, there’s expected to be plenty of interest in two High Street retail units, numbers 61 and 62, and a cafe space in Number 76 Kieran’s Street.
They’re expected to fetch between €570,000 and €630,000 when they go under the hammer today.
The auction takes place in the RDS in Dublin and begins at 2 o’clock.
