IT Carlow students will don their caps and gowns as they graduate from the local institute today.
The institution’s conferring ceremonies, which started at 9.30am, will see over 1,000 students graduate from all faculties between today and Saturday.
Tomorrow a number of local sports stars will be conferred including Carlow athlete Marcus Lawlor, Carlow hurlers James Doyle and Marty Kavanagh, Kilkenny camogie player Edwina Keane, and Kilkenny hurler Kevin Kelly.
