The man injured in a road crash in county Kilkenny two weeks ago has died.
The incident, involving a motorbike and pedestrian, happened on the N24 in Mooncoin village before 7:30pm on Saturday, 21st September.
The man who was aged in his eighties had been taken to the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin for treatment but he has since passed away.
KCLR News understands he was from south Kilkenny.
Gardaí are appealing again for information and ask that anybody who was travelling along the N24 or in Mooncoin between 7 and 8pm to contact them, they’d particularly like to hear from those with any form of footage.
