One man was taken to hospital following a crash on the Kilkenny Ring Road.
The two-car crash happened at Danville, close to the Bennettsbridge Road Roundabout, just after 4pm yesterday.
Emergency services attended with a man aged in his sixties taken to St Luke’s General Hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny ‘as a precautionary measure’.
A garda spokesperson’s told KCLR News that investigations are ongoing.
Meanwhile, a second crash happened a short time later south of the county.
