Efforts underway to set up Red Cross Branch for Thomastown
There's a local meeting about it later
Moves to set up a Red Cross branch in Thomastown takes a step closer this evening.
Services for the area would include transports, first aid stations at events, ambulance cover, off road ambulance, training, manual & patient handling.
A meeting to discuss the proposal will take place in the town’s community centre from 8pm.
