Carlow Kilkenny TD and Minister of State Jennifer Murnane O’Connor has outlined plans to significantly tighten restrictions for the Irish vaping market.
Two separate bills currently moving through the Oireachtas aim to completely ban disposable vapes and restrict available flavours strictly to tobacco.

Minister Murnane O’Connor has stated she hopes to see the new regulations passed and enacted by Christmas.
The legislation also proposes major restrictions on packaging imagery and in-store advertising.
