More than €170,000 has been pledged so far in a fundraiser launched in aid of the Carlow siblings and young boy who were involved in Sunday’s horror crash on the M9.
Niamh Kinsella and Alma Kinsella are understood to have been in the front of their car which was travelling to Dublin Airport with younger sister Ella Hendricken sharing the back seats with a younger family member.
Their vehicle was hit at about 2:30am close to Moone in County Kildare by a BMW travelling in the wrong direction – all five of its teenage occupants were killed, two of them also from Carlow.
Garda investigations into the incident continue.
Ella’s best friend Bryan Curley has set up a GoFundMe page which at 6:30am this morning had over 6,000 individual donations – you can find further information and donate to that here.
