Residents across north Kilkenny were issued with two text alerts last night warning them to watch out for two separate vehicles.
One involved a number of men in a white BMW with a registration including ’10 TN’ which seemingly failed to stop at a quarter to 9 last night while heading from Castlecomer towards Ballyragget.

While the second also invovled men, this time in a grey Nissan Qashquai, partial reg 11 LK, which was seen in the Lisdowney area.
Anybody who saw either vehicle is asked to contact Kilkenny city Garda Station on 056 777 5000.
