A man has died following a traffic incident this morning in Kilkenny City.
At around 8am this morning Gardaí were called to the Wolfe Tone Street Car Park.

The car park has since re-opened.
Divisional Policing Insp. Paul Donohoe told KCLR News a Garda Liaison Officer is working with the mans family and that thoughts and prayers are with them at this sad time.
