The proposed cuts to home help hours and PAs continue to be a source of worry for people with disabilities. Joining Mary McDonnell first on tonight’s show was Deputy John McGuinness FF. He believes cuts should start from the top first in order to protect the least well off in society. He is encouraging disability groups to come together and lobby the government to reverse the proposed cuts
