Ownership of two local authority homes lost by Carlow County Council

RTÉ Investigates has reported that Carlow County Council lost the ownership of two local authority homes to a resident of a neighbouring property. 

It followed a legal dispute with the individual and concerned adverse possession which is commonly known as “squatter’s rights”.
