Emergency services are due to resume operations today at a major hillside fire in the Comeragh Mountains after crews were stood down overnight.
Firefighters from Dungarvan and Kilmacthomas tackled the blaze yesterday as it spread down the mountainside near the popular Coumshingaun Loop Walk.

The walk remains closed, with the public urged to avoid the area today as smoke continues to affect the Kilclooney area.
