Bids at the ready – the Kilkenny Lions Club’s Christmas Hamper Appeal radio auction kicks off this evening.
The Farm Show with Matt O’Keeffe gets the annual campaign, run in association with KCLR and the Kilkenny People newspaper, underway from 7pm.
Aim as always is to raise as much money as possible for those in need locally – all of the items have been donated by approx 200 businesses. (More from the launch here).
Further auctions will take place on The KCLR Breakfast with John Walsh and with The Afternoon Crew’s Shannon and Shane next week.
