Breast cancer survivors want equality across the country.
So says the owner of a business who looks after women around the country post-mastectomy, fitting and supplying bras and specialist swimwear for those with breast prothesis.
Valerie Murphy, who is Limerick based, has been highlighting what is effectively a postcode-lottery when it comes to the allowance for prosthesis with some women being offered as little as €68 and others getting up to €250.
