Residents of apartment block “living in fear” due to groups of youths in Carlow

Residents of an apartment block in Carlow Town say their living situation is being made “unbearable” by anti-social behaviour.

Karen lives in Riverdell Apartments and on Monday she posted a video on Facebook of a group of young people throwing rocks off the top of the apartment block aimed at cars and people below.

The video has already been viewed more than 43,000 times.

She told KCLR Live this morning that residents and locals in the area are being terrorised by these groups.

Karens says apartments have been ransacked, cars have been damaged, and people have been threatened with violence.
