Samaritans have launched a new campaign this week called #Talktous.
The organisation which has a local branch serving Carlow and Kilkenny want to remind people they are there to listen around the clock.
New research following a survey shows relationships, money, family arguements and work are some of the things that can get to people.
But one in 4 say they feel they don’t have anyone to share their troubles with.
