Ireland head coach Joe Schmidt will name his team to face Australia later this afternoon.

The Irish players will hold another training session at their base in Carton House this morning, after which, Schmidt will finalise his starting side.

Rory Best is being tipped to come straight back into the side after recovering from a calf injury while Gordon D’Arcy and Robbie Henshaw are expected to form the center partnership.

Wallabies coach Michael Cheika has handed a test debut to Henry Speight for Saturday’s meeting with Ireland at the Aviva.

The Brumbies winger replaces Joe Tomane.

There are three other changes from the side that lost to France last week, with lock Sam Carter, back rower Luke Jones and center Matt Toomua coming into the side.

The recalled Kurtley Beale starts on the replacements bench.
