Ingredients:
- 450gr pork or chicken mince or a bit of both
- 1onion finely chopped
- 75gr breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic peeled and crushed
- 1tbsp parsley
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- Oil for frying
Method:
Place all the ingredients for the sausages into a bowl and mix well.
Divide into 12 balls and roll into sausage shapes
Place in the fridge for approx 20 minutes before cooking
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the sausages slowly until cooked through.
Place on some kitchen paper to drain and serve with the potato cakes and some tomato sauce
