St Luke’s General Hospital for Carlow and Kilkenny to remember patients who died in past year

Last minute preparations are underway for St Luke’s Hospital’s annual Remembrance Ceremony.

It’s held each year for the families and loved ones of patients who have died, in particular those who passed on in the 12 months to the end of August.

Organised by the hospital’s End of Life Care Committee, it gets underway at 7:30pm at St Canice’s parish church in Kilkenny city.
