Study shows empathy can be taught to children

It could also help boost their creativity.

In a design and technology exercise, teenagers were set the task of making an asthma help pack while a different set of students followed curriculum-prescribed classes instead.

Results showed the creativity scores of those who took part in the task were 78% higher than those who didn’t.
