A video of the horse collapsing was posted on Facebook yesterday.
CCTV footage is now circulating on social media of the incident which happened in the Hebron area

In August of last year the ISPCA announced that they would be withdrawing from the pound this week.
The horses will be scanned for microchips and it's hoped an owner will be identified.
