The time for talking is over, the time for action is now says Councillor Maurice Shortall of water issues in north Kilkenny

North Kilkenny public representatives have been reacting to the latest water restrictions. 

The nightly, 12-hour measure took effect last night and continues for the foreseeable in Castlecomer and surrounding areas.

The area’s long-awaited an upgrade of its treatment plant and it seems that wait will continue.
