You’re reminded that Carlow hosts a free walk-in vaccination clinic for children seeking to be immunised against flu.

Health experts are urging parents to get those aged 2 to 17 years vaccinated to help protect against the virus in a bid to not just reduce the risk to them but also those in the wider community.

The local centre on the grounds of St Dympna’s Hospital will be open from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
